Playing in Grandma's jewelry box as a kid has given me a life long love of vintage items, and I taught myself how to make and repair jewelry from the treasures I found in there. Vintage elements still inspire me and find their way into my work. I began making lampwork beads in 2003 to complement these elements, and have been blissfully lost in the world of creating glass beads ever since. I began teaching the art of torching beads in 2008.
